Just a short note to say its Aggie Weekend here at Casa Cuesta Mucho. We have twelve cadets sleeping all over the floors etc. Been BBQ’ing for two days now and briskets almost ready. Ill shoot a pix after they get done seasoning. Right now here is the initial product going into the fridge to soak up flavor for a day or so prior to BBQ’ing same. Looks like about 24 pounds to me!
It comes out of the cooking process around 4 PM today after the Aggie Game (A&M vs Arkansas). Ill add some photos after I recover from several days of cooking for a bunch of eating machines. 🙂
