30 Day Lifestyle Challenge

Following are the graphs from my Diet/Exercise experiment. I am planning on 4 such 30 day periods through the summer with an eventual goal of losing 100 pounds and, more importantly, working my blood chemistry and blood pressure back into a reasonable range. Graphs follow; they are pretty much self explanatory.

    Good going Chas!

    I know it can be done. I went from 240 down to 175 and blood pressure, blood sugar, and cholesterol all back in normal range. It took a couple of years of fitting exercise and proper eating into my life. It is a conscious decision one must make about what is most important. The exercise was good but can not do the job alone. It was really my wife’s prodding to join weight-watchers with her that helped me get the job done. There are ups and downs and setbacks along the way, but the main thing is to stick to it! I wish you well on reaching your goals.
